This is a vitamin I always made sure to take when I lived in the US! It was especially helpful during my period when I felt run down and needed an energy boost! It's quite pricey here in Korea, but if you order directly from iHerb instead, you can get it for much less! The ingredients are solid, the price is really fair, and it's easy to use, so I was a loyal customer for a while It just doesn't work for me. This is the first time a vitamin product has made my stomach feel so uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I had to stop using it

Since it's a product that has undergone various verifications internationally, I can take it with confidence. I experienced no discomfort while taking it, and my overall wellness seemed to improve, so I kept up with it consistently and finished the entire bottle. Throughout the entire container, I never felt that anything was lacking or insufficient. I was a bit bothered by the cap design. Otherwise, I haven't experienced any negative feelings about it, and I've been taking it regularly. However, I wanted to try other products as well, so I'm not currently using it. That said, I'm open to picking it back up again if the opportunity comes around. It's a great value for money when you buy it as a set. It's a comprehensive vitamin formula that's convenient to take all at once, and it dissolves beautifully in water. There's nothing particularly special about it. It's just okay, I guess? I can't really tell what makes it better than other options.

This product's smaller size makes it so much easier to swallow compared to other brands. I've tried plenty of other vitamin supplements with various sizes, but they caused severe digestive issues and I couldn't even take them for a week. Odorless and tasteless - Some supplements have a distinctive smell or taste when you swallow them, but this product doesn't have any of that unpleasant experience. No heartburn - High-potency supplements usually give me stomach pain and nausea, which is really uncomfortable. This product doesn't cause any of those symptoms. I do get some heartburn if I take it on an empty stomach, so I've been taking it within an hour after lunch instead. Rich in vitamins and minerals - It's formulated to meet Korean dietary reference intakes, so it really works as a comprehensive multivitamin. Since switching to this product, I've been able to reduce the number of supplements I take significantly, which has really decreased the discomfort from my digestive issues. I've heard that synthetic folic acid isn't the best form. I'd recommend doing more research on different folic acid sources and finding a product that works better for you to take alongside this one. It's a good idea to take additional supplements for any nutrients you might still be lacking. I'm also taking other supplements like Thorne Research alongside this one.

Even though there are two capsules, they're small and don't have any strong smell, so they're really easy to take. I haven't experienced any digestive issues either. Plus, the nutrient blend feels well-balanced. They work fine as a daily supplement to take regularly, but the vitamin B content is on the lower side. I really loved how small these capsules are - they're so easy to swallow! The price point is great too, and I appreciated that they thoughtfully separated formulations for men and women. I didn't realize it while taking it, but now that I know it contains iron too, it feels like an even better choice for me The tablet size is quite large, so you need to drink plenty of water and make sure to swallow it carefully
