I absolutely love the bottle design. It's flexible and easy to use until the very last drop, which is fantastic. The lather is rich and abundant, and the cleansing power is excellent. The curl-holding ability is really impressive too. Even when I blow-dry my hair, my strands feel stronger and more voluminous. Since I bought this shampoo specifically to maintain my curls, I was prepared to deal with potential scalp irritation, but I haven't experienced any itching at all. I'm genuinely thrilled with how well it works for me. It's not so much a drawback as it is a personal preference thing—the fragrance is nice, but it's just not my style.
