It applies so smoothly and evenly. My skin is on the dry side, and I love that it removes my eye makeup effortlessly without needing a separate cleanser. I don't really have any complaints. This is my first time trying it, but it seems to work better than oil-based products.

I prefer emulsions or milks over cleansing oils because they feel so much lighter and work perfectly for everyday use. Among cleansing milks, Neutrogena is unbeatable when it comes to price—you can grab two bottles for around 15,000 won when they're on sale. There's nothing really disappointing about it, to be honest. The scent is a bit artificial—it kind of smells like a drugstore emulsion, if that makes sense? But at this price point with this level of performance, I can't complain. The makeup removes beautifully and cleanly. I don't feel any sticky residue left behind at all. I think people with oily skin will really love using this product. Even just a short time after applying it, I noticed the makeup started to feel heavy and cakey on my skin. I absolutely love how gentle this is - my skin stays flake-free and feels amazing. The texture is so lightweight and fluid, which I'm really happy about. I've been using this for about a week and the cleansing performance is really solid. I tested it on the back of my hand with foundation, lipstick, and eyeliner, and everything came off beautifully without any residue settling into fine lines. The emulsification just isn't happening for me. Is anyone else experiencing this? It feels like I'm just spreading whipped cream on my skin and rinsing it off - everything feels slippery, so when I move to my second cleanse with a foam cleanser, there's barely any lather. There's so much oil left behind that my regular foam cleanser, which normally produces a rich, luxurious lather and has excellent cleansing power, can't do its job properly. One wash doesn't cut through that slick feeling at all. It honestly feels like I'm just using a cleansing cream. I end up doing three rounds of cleansing just to feel like I'm getting somewhere, and even then, I don't feel like everything is rinsed away. My skin feels completely stripped of moisture afterward, and when I look in the mirror, my complexion looks dull and tired. I think I'd be better off just sticking with my foam cleanser. I don't remember having these issues when I used this product years ago - did I get a bad batch? Oh, and another thing - my skin is getting irritated. It's not a refreshing kind of heat either; it's a burning sensation around my mouth area. And when I apply my skincare routine afterward, my skin feels tender and sensitive. I'm honestly really disappointed because there are so many issues I'm running into with this. When I rinse with water, my hands and face are completely covered in oil residue. I actually have to wash the oil off my hands with soap before I do my second cleanse, and only then do I get a little bit of lather from my secondary cleanser.
