Gentle, fragrance-free, and deeply hydrating. Yet it delivers a cleansing power that absolutely doesn't compromise. If you have sensitive, combination skin like mine, I really recommend this to you. After cleansing, there's no squeaky-clean feeling, but that doesn't mean it's not doing its job. Instead, it gives me just the right amount of slip, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and thoroughly cleansed every single time. Highly recommend! If you're wearing makeup, please remove it first before using this cleanser. This cleanser is gentle on the skin and doesn't create excessive lather, yet it removes makeup and impurities effectively. The price is really reasonable too - around 10 Canadian dollars. I was dealing with serious breakouts from excess oil, so I tried this on my dermatologist's recommendation. It's lightweight, refreshing, and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. This is honestly the cleanser I've been most satisfied with recently. It's easy to purchase and the price is really reasonable. I keep using this cleanser because it has a gentle formula with a slightly acidic pH that's perfect for my skin. If I had to pick something, it's a shame that it's not available in Korea, and since it's a pump dispenser, I noticed it gets water spots when it comes into contact with water.

I'm not sure if it's pH-balanced, but what I love is that my skin doesn't feel tight or squeaky after washing. Since I have combination skin, it's especially great for winter use. I discovered this life-changing cleanser when I was in the US, and I'm impressed by how much product you get. I'm definitely planning to repurchase and order it directly from the US. Unfortunately, it's not sold in Korea. I wish Neutrogena would carry this product here too. Fair warning though - if you use it during summer, it might feel a bit too heavy or leave your skin feeling oily. This is my absolute must-have product! About a year ago, my skin went through a really rough patch, and I spent so much money searching for gentle skincare that wouldn't irritate it. I finally found my answer with this one. I use it twice daily, morning and night, and it's amazing—zero irritation and the cleansing power is incredible. It removes even waterproof eyeliner without any hassle! Since it's a foaming cleanser, it lathers beautifully, comes in a generous size, and I honestly couldn't be happier with it. I honestly can't think of any real downsides. If I really had to nitpick, the bottle is pretty large, so I can't bring it through airport security when I travel. The scent is really gentle and subtle. I usually have oily skin in the morning, but after using this, there's no tightness at all. Even though it looks like an oil, when you mix it with water, it creates a nice lather that feels great when cleansing your face. I use this product followed by a moisturizer like Neutrogena Skin Emulsion, and there are no issues at all. While this is formulated for sensitive skin types, I don't have sensitive skin and I still love using it daily. If you're looking for a good daily cleanser, I really want to recommend this one to you. It feels a bit slippery when you're washing your face. I didn't experience any breakouts, but honestly, it seems best to use this only as a daily cleanser. When cleansing in the evening after wearing makeup, it feels like it might not be quite enough to remove everything thoroughly. Morning: Yes. Evening: Maybe (might feel insufficient). I've been searching everywhere for a gentle cleanser that won't cause irritation. I'm honestly exhausted from the hunt. I even went through the trouble of ordering from overseas based on a blogger's recommendation, but my skin had a complete reaction after just one wash. It became irritated and turned red. I couldn't even spot any harsh ingredients, so I'm confused about what went wrong. At this point, I'm tired of searching for products altogether. I can't really complain since it just doesn't work for my skin. I was hoping to use it as a daily cleanser as long as it didn't sting, but when I tested it for makeup removal, I was actually impressed by how well it cleaned. The problem is my skin is rejecting it.
