If there's no artificial fragrance and your makeup isn't too heavy, this cleanser removes it all. Since I use a second cleanse anyway, it's absolutely perfect for my first cleansing step. It's a gentle cleansing water that doesn't irritate my eyes at all, which I really appreciate. After wiping, I do feel a bit of tightness, so I wish it had more hydrating properties to help with that.

First, my conclusion is that this cleanser is my go-to product, and I'm sticking with it. As long as it stays in production, I plan to keep using it. (Note: I only used it with a foam dispenser instead of cotton pads) 1. It's incredibly gentle. If you're someone who's always searching for the perfect cleanser, you have to try this one. My skin is sensitive, and when I use alkaline cleansers, my skin gets irritated and itchy. When I use weakly acidic gels or foam cleansers, my skin reacts badly with breakouts. 2. Because the cleansing power is mild, it's actually perfect for sensitive skin. I believe that strong cleansing power always comes with strong irritation too. For normal or resilient skin types, it doesn't really matter, but for sensitive skin, gentle is genuinely the best option. If you have sensitive skin, I really recommend giving this a try. Seriously, it's a must-try. 1. It can sting the eyes a bit (but it goes away once you close your eyes) 2. The cleansing power is somewhat lacking, though honestly that's actually an advantage for sensitive skin. That said, people with resilient or tougher skin types might find it a bit underwhelming. I use a foam dispenser instead of cotton pads for cleansing. I use mineral sunscreen, and as I mentioned, because the cleansing power isn't very strong, it's difficult to remove mineral sunscreen with just the foam cleanser alone. I do a first cleanse with a cleansing milk or cream, then follow up with a light foam cleanse as my second step and call it done. I was really happy to find a pump cleansing water like this one. It's hard to come by, and what makes it even better is that the formula is so gentle and clean. The pump bottle dispenses perfectly without any waste. What I love most is that unlike my previous cleanser, this one doesn't create annoying bubbles when I'm removing my makeup. Plus, it's completely free of harmful ingredients. Honestly, there's nothing negative to say. My tip is to definitely buy it when it's on sale. I really appreciated that this formula is gentle and free from 20 potentially irritating ingredients. It's reassuring to use something so carefully formulated. The cleansing power is really disappointing. I've never seen a makeup remover this weak before. I definitely won't be buying this again.
