This makeup remover is absolutely saturated with solution, so the pads are dripping wet rather than just moist. I really appreciate that when there's plenty of remover on the pad, you don't get that harsh, irritating feeling when wiping away makeup. You can gently swipe and it works beautifully. The cleansing power is really disappointing. After using this, my skin felt irritated, and I was only trying to remove eye makeup. But the eyeliner and eyeshadow just kept smudging and wouldn't come off no matter how much I wiped. I ended up having to use a different cleanser to actually get everything off. Plus, there's so much remover liquid in these pads that it kept getting into my eyes while I was trying to remove my eye makeup, which was really uncomfortable and stung. If you're wearing light makeup and just want to do a quick first cleanse, this could work for you. The fragrance is absolutely lovely and the cleansing power is fantastic - it really works wonders! I'm so impressed with this product and I highly recommend it to everyone. On days when air pollution is really bad or when I'm working in dusty environments, I used to get tons of tiny bumps and congestion. But after trying this product for the first time, everything cleared up beautifully, and I've been using it consistently ever since. You definitely need to use a separate eye makeup remover, and on days when I apply foundation more heavily, it feels a bit uncomfortable. Also, they rarely put this product on sale. Cleansing pads can be really harsh on skin if you use them wrong, but this one is so gentle and I love it. The thickness is perfect too, and the size is generous. It has a fresh scent with subtle hints of lavender and orange. Since it has both a textured side and a smooth side, you can use whichever one you prefer. And of course, it removes makeup beautifully! The only thing is that it feels a bit stingy around my eyes when I'm removing eye makeup, but honestly, aside from that, I'm completely satisfied! I think I've found my go-to cleansing pad for a while.
