This is my absolute must-have product that I'll use forever! Please, I'm begging you, don't discontinue this or reformulate it. I've loved using this, but then other brands suddenly reformulate their products for no good reason and I end up switching away. Not this one though! It's just too good. This is seriously my go-to for keeping breakouts at bay. There's really nothing I'd change about it. My only wish would be if they made a travel-size version. That would be amazing! The texture is like a thin ketchup consistency, and when I massage it onto my face, it creates an amazing amount of lather, so a little goes a long way. The scent seems like raspberry but has an artificial smell, so I think people will have mixed feelings about it. My kids love the fragrance, but it's just okay for me. My skin tends to be oily in the T-zone with large pores, but dry on the cheeks, and I get occasional breakouts. After using this morning and night, my skin tone looks noticeably brighter and the cleansing power is really effective, so I'm very happy with it. The downside is that because the formula is thin, when I stand the bottle upright with the cap on and then open it, the product spills out everywhere. I've started storing it upside down, which isn't a big deal, but it's still inconvenient. I have acne-prone skin and after using this, I haven't experienced any major breakouts. The cleansing power is absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I can't think of anything disappointing about using this product. I have sensitive skin and this cleanser works wonderfully - it creates a nice lather and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean without any irritation or stinging. I'm really happy with how gentle yet effective it is. Honestly, I can't think of much to complain about. I loved how soothing and calming this felt on my skin. Plus, there's no tightness or dryness afterward—my skin feels comfortable and hydrated. Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides. The only thing is that it doesn't create a lot of lather or foam, but that's pretty minor.

After using it, my skin feels completely hydrated with no dryness at all. Plus, the lather is absolutely amazing! 1. The fragrance is overwhelmingly artificial and intense. It has this strong berry scent that reminds me of bubble gum, which feels way too overpowering for a facial cleanser. I'm not sure why a face wash needs such a heavy fragrance. 2. The cleansing power is really disappointing. It might work well for people with dry skin, but as someone with oily skin, I don't feel like it's actually cleaning my face. My skin feels heavy and uncomfortable rather than refreshed. I used to have a lot of congestion and blackheads on my T-zone, and I've tried so many cleansing products, but I honestly can't recommend this one. Results vary from person to person, but it just didn't work for me. I hope you find something that works better for you! I didn't see any improvement with my congestion and blackheads. I picked this up during the 1+1 promotion on March 13, 2025, and have only used it for a couple of days, so I can't really speak to how well it works on breakouts just yet. That said, compared to other pH-balanced cleansers, this one creates such a rich, creamy lather that feels incredibly soft. When I rinse it off, my skin feels squeaky clean without that residue feeling you sometimes get from other products, which I absolutely love. After cleansing and drying, my complexion looks noticeably brighter and my pores appear a bit smaller. Plus, the raspberry scent is so refreshing and uplifting! Since I haven't been using it for very long, there's nothing particularly disappointing about it so far. I picked up a foaming net from the dollar store and when I use it to create lots of rich lather for cleansing, the results are even better!
