The lather is rich and abundant, making it so easy to shampoo. There's even a nice cooling sensation that feels refreshing. What I love most is that my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth without needing a separate conditioner or treatment - it's just so convenient. Unfortunately, I experienced scalp irritation after using this product. The fragrance also doesn't last as long as I expected. My scalp is oily while my hair is dry. I have long hair with heat-styled curls. Hair Condition After shampooing and conditioning, my hair gets incredibly dry. Even when I pump and apply hair oil about ten times, my hair still feels rough and parched. It's seriously dry hair. Formulation The texture is clear and flows slightly, but has a nice, sticky consistency. Application The lather dies down quickly, so I sometimes add more shampoo. But this product creates rich, bouncy foam that doesn't disappear right away and holds up well. I can massage my scalp and hair thoroughly with plenty of lather, and I'm really satisfied with that. Cleansing Power and Finish The rinsing is excellent. My scalp and hair don't feel slippery afterward, and everything rinses clean with a fresh, refreshed feeling. Condition and Results After Use Since my scalp tends to get oily, the timing of when sebum builds back up matters to me. This shampoo cleanses so thoroughly that even after shampooing at night, I don't need to wash again the next morning. My hair stays fresh and fluffy all day. This has become my go-to shampoo. Irritation Level I haven't experienced any irritation or redness, so I use it with complete peace of mind. I grabbed the body wash from this line and loved the scent so much that I ended up buying the shampoo and cleansing foam from the same collection too! The fragrance is fresh and invigorating, making it absolutely perfect for summer use. I'll admit my eyes sting a bit when I lean forward to wash my hair, but after shampooing, I get this amazing cooling sensation on my scalp that leaves me feeling so refreshed! I also really appreciate that the pump opening is wide, so one squeeze gives me plenty of product. Plus, I can easily check how much is left in the bottle, which is super convenient! I'm thinking the body emulsion from this line would be amazing with the same scent! Since I'm already using the cleansing foam, body wash, and shampoo from this collection, adding the body emulsion would make the perfect summer skincare set. I'm 100% buying this again! If you're looking for a cooling shampoo, I highly recommend giving this a try! There's nothing disappointing about it. I'm really happy with how I'm using it! I grabbed this from Ably's flash sale this year at an amazing price, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations! If you have oily scalp, I think you'll love it even more thanks to the salicylic acid. I've been using it in summer and my scalp itching has completely disappeared. I'd recommend it more for summer than winter, and I really can't think of any downsides.
