The fabric is incredibly soft! I have super sensitive skin and usually can't use toner pads, but these work great for me. Since they're made from pure cotton, they feel so smooth and hold plenty of toner, which means I can use them on my face and neck. Love it! Nothing really stood out as a problem. I wish there were more pads in each package, but since the refills are affordable, it's not a big deal. During summer, I keep these in the fridge and use them as a cooling treatment! Great for cooling down your face before makeup application. Though I'm not sure it absorbs well into the skin. I think it's because of the salt content, but even when it does absorb, it just sits on the surface feeling slippery and sticky... not that comfortable tackiness, but just straight-up sticky! I use half a pad to cool down my face, then cleanse with cold water, follow up with my skincare routine, and then apply makeup - that's when it really works. Personally, I can't do my makeup if I try to let this fully absorb first.
