I've been using this for about two months now. I got it at a great price through a group buy on Instagram! The scalp shampoo is really gentle with almost no irritation, which I loved. The scent is barely there, so it's easy to use without any worry. The lather is better than expected, and the cleansing power is solid. It leaves my scalp feeling fresh and clean, and I'm really happy with how it performs on my scalp! To be honest, what I was most excited about was the volumizing effect and new hair growth, but after using it for two months, I can't really tell if it's working in those areas. The ads made it sound like my hair would grow in thick and full like new sprouts, but I didn't notice any dramatic results. Because of that, I feel a bit disappointed about paying full price for it. Since the scent is almost nonexistent, I'd recommend using a conditioner or treatment with fragrance after shampooing to add some scent. Also, when blow-drying, try lifting the roots with your fingers while drying, which seems to help with volume. If you have oily scalp, I wouldn't recommend this. Even after a pre-wash treatment, my scalp still feels greasy and weighed down. Within just a few hours, my hair gets limp and flat, and the scalp odor just won't go away. The lather is rich and creamy with a satisfying texture, and when I first used it and dried my hair, I thought, "What is this smooth, voluminous feeling?" My scalp volume doesn't stick flat anymore and I'm so satisfied. I'm using it consistently because I feel like it will make a real difference over time. The shampoo is quite watery, so if you pump it too hard at first without knowing, it splashes and drips everywhere. You need to pump gently, and your hair needs to be thoroughly wet for the lather to work really well. When I shower, I thoroughly wet my hair first, wash my face, and then shampoo later. I read somewhere that pre-soaking your scalp and hair makes it even better, so I do that. If I let the lather sit while I brush my teeth, my scalp feels surprisingly refreshed. There seems to be a slight minty sensation. I've used this three times since purchasing and wanted to share my thoughts. I can't say yet if it really helps with hair loss, but honestly, my scalp feels so much better! I do a two-step wash routine with a pre-shampoo treatment followed by regular shampooing. I've been using the shampoo exactly as formulated for both washes and writing my review. The scent is absolutely wonderful, and it creates such an amazing lather! Normally I'd need to massage my hair for at least 10 seconds to build up a good foam, but with this one I just squeeze it directly onto my hair and after just a few quick motions it becomes beautifully fluffy and easy to wash. My scalp feels so refreshed and clean afterward. Even though it's supposed to be pH-balanced, I have to say it leaves my hair feeling a bit dry. I was really hoping it would reduce hair fall, but honestly it seems like I'm losing even more hair than usual—though maybe that's just me overthinking it? Starting from the third wash, I wanted to combat the dryness and minimize breakage, so I tried mixing in some jojoba oil before shampooing. To be honest though, I didn't really notice much of a difference. I think I added too much jojoba oil because my hair didn't feel as refreshed during the wash.
