This product comes in two versions - the original packaging and the newly redesigned one. The formula is identical, just the container is different. I use it constantly throughout my day: before makeup in the morning, regularly at the office like a lip balm, and before bed at night. The photo was taken right after I woke up. You can see there's no emphasis on fine lines, right? My lips aren't naturally like this. They're actually quite thin and dry with lots of fine lines and a tendency toward dryness. I don't usually have flaking though. Because of this, I'm always considering lip filler, but it seems painful and honestly, since lip fillers fade quickly when you eat and talk, the maintenance schedule is too demanding. So instead, I'm using this topical botox alternative - Le Bloom Lip Balm. When you apply it, there's this refreshing, cooling sensation. Some other lip plumping products from other brands feel irritating and uncomfortable, but this isn't like that at all. This one feels cooling while providing moisture and gently smoothing out fine lines. There's a special applicator tip included, but it's inconvenient so I just use my fingers. I really wish they made a stick version instead. The formula has such a luxurious, creamy texture that feels incredibly moisturizing, and the luminous finish is absolutely gorgeous. It's packed with wonderful nourishing ingredients, the plumping effect is perfectly balanced, the scent is divine, and the packaging is just stunning. The only downside is that you don't get much product for the price point, which feels a bit steep. Otherwise, I really can't complain about anything else.
