It glides on smoothly and while it leaves skin feeling hydrated, it really helps cool down body heat. If you refrigerate it, you'll get an even more refreshing calming effect. It has an aromatic scent that blends rosemary herb with a cooling balm vibe, but it's not overpowering and fades fast. The size is just right for getting through the summer season. I really hope this product stays in production for a long time. The cooling and soothing effect from moisture evaporation works great, and it does provide a quick hydration boost, but it lacks any real moisturizing staying power. Even if you have oily skin, it's honestly too lightweight to use as your only basic skincare step. I always layer a bit of facial oil or emulsion on top after applying this.

Skin Calming My skin was extremely dry and irritated, and it calmed down so quickly. I recently went to a bathhouse and came back with my whole body feeling raw and uncomfortable. My thighs were especially bad, and I was scratching them every night, but after applying this, everything settled down in just one day. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing! 2. Ingredients The ingredient list is so clean and gentle that I use it without any worries, even on my face. It's truly a multi-purpose miracle product! 3. The Value for Money Daiso... On The Body... please keep making this... I'm actually worried it'll disappear soon, so I'm thinking about stocking up on it. As someone with oily skin, I was drawn to this soothing gel because it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any greasy residue. I decided to give it a try. Honestly, it's been great! The absorption is seriously fast, and right after showering, when I apply a generous amount, it feels incredibly refreshing. It's light enough that I'd have no problem using it even during summer. The absorption is fast, maybe too fast. I have oily skin so it works for me, but I do notice it dries out a bit quicker than I'd like. Also, the scent is pretty strong. It has this fresh, citrusy fragrance, but since it absorbs so rapidly, the smell fades away after a while. If you find it feels too dry after applying it, there are some really good serums available these days at the drugstore nearby. I've found that mixing it with one of those brightening serums works wonderfully. This is hands down the best formula I've found from this brand, and I love that it's alcohol-free! Honestly, it's become my go-to soothing gel among all their options. I reach for it every single time I do a soothing gel mask, and I'm completely hooked! That said, don't expect it to be a miracle worker. It's solidly in that sweet spot between "does the job" and "actually pretty good" - nothing more, nothing less.

Honestly, it's way better than I expected! At 3,000 won for 150ml, the price is totally reasonable. It does exactly what a soothing gel should do, and compared to the aloe soothing gel I've used before, this one feels thicker and keeps my skin feeling hydrated for longer. Even after the gel absorbs completely, that dewy, moisturized feeling lingers—not forever, but noticeably. It's absolutely perfect for calming down facial redness and giving my skin a hydration boost right before makeup application. The rosemary scent is really strong! I mean seriously intense. If herbal fragrances aren't your thing, definitely skip this one.
