I was dealing with so much stress about it. Since I mostly wear dark clothes, I was worried about those white flakes showing on my shoulders, which felt really embarrassing. That's why I picked this up at the supermarket. The shampoo selection there wasn't huge, so I didn't have many options, but I think I made a pretty good choice from what was available. From what I've noticed, my scalp condition really does change day to day depending on various factors. Some days this shampoo doesn't help much and my scalp still feels super itchy, while other days it works fine and I don't have any issues. Of course, eating well matters too. I've dealt with seborrheic scalp inflammation before, and since my scalp and hair were in pretty rough shape, I made a point to switch things up once I finished a product instead of sticking with the same one—and it seems to be working. The bottle size is generous too. The scent is absolutely lovely, and washing my hair with this actually puts me in a better mood. The scent is nice. But some days my scalp gets really itchy and white flakes just keep falling everywhere.
