I received this as a gift and use it occasionally because it feels wasteful to throw away, but honestly it's not a product I reach for regularly. The main plus is that it's an emulsion type, so it applies without irritation and feels lightweight on the skin. I don't wear much makeup, so I usually remove my entire face with a cleansing oil or micellar water instead of taking off point makeup separately. I don't wear much makeup, just sunscreen, and I love how gentle this is for the first cleanse. There's absolutely no tight, uncomfortable feeling after using this. For those with dry skin who normally need two cleansing steps but find even the first one leaves their skin feeling uncomfortably tight, try using this for your first cleanse. You'll notice less tightness during your second cleanse too, and your skin feels so smooth and soft afterward. Please don't try to use this as your complete cleansing routine. Even if you use this for the first step, make sure you follow up with a thorough second cleanse. This product's only real benefit is making your skin feel less tight during the next cleanse. If you apply sunscreen and then only use this to cleanse, when you look in the mirror your face will still have that coated feeling with water beading up on the surface. The cleansing power is basically zero. If you have oily skin, I'd honestly skip this product entirely. Great as a first cleanse for tight, uncomfortable skin. I used to have trouble with oils causing breakouts, and cleansing water was too harsh when I wiped it off with cotton pads. This product is so gentle and works beautifully! It removes makeup with a moisturizing feel, and I absolutely love the scent. Most cleansing products contain questionable ingredients, but this one doesn't seem to have them. That's why I'm not sure if my makeup is actually being removed properly. It makes me feel like I need to use more product to get the job done. Since I usually wear foundation, I do a double cleanse routine. This is my first time trying this type of cleanser, and I love how smooth and soft my skin feels after using it. I bought this at the duty-free shop based on the staff's recommendation, but the amount is really small. The cool texture feels refreshing and really lifts my mood. That's honestly the best thing about it though... I tried this with my oily skin and it just doesn't seem to work for my skin type. It doesn't feel like it cleanses thoroughly, so I end up using way more product than I should. For this price point, I'd rather invest in something else.

Hmm... honestly, there's nothing bad about it. The only thing is that I end up using so much of it? I use an eye makeup remover first, then follow up with Origins cleansing milk and Dr. Bronner's, and it's absolutely perfect!
