Even though I have combination skin, I didn't experience any heaviness or congestion. I think people with dry skin would be even more satisfied. The scent is almost unscented, so it's not irritating at all. When I apply it generously before bed, my face feels refreshed and smooth the next morning without any tightness. Rich nourishing creams like this usually absorb slowly or sit on top of the skin, but even though this has a thick consistency, it sinks in completely with just one application. It feels like all those beneficial ingredients are really penetrating deep into the skin. After it absorbs, it leaves a dewy finish without any greasy residue on the surface. I've been dealing with flaky, irritated skin around my temples because of the seasonal weather changes, and it stung every time I washed my face. Because of the temperature difference between morning and evening, my skin was in a sensitive state, so I used it every other evening from the start. I adapted quickly! Rich nourishing creams sometimes caused breakouts for me, but this one didn't! Ointment-like cream texture. When I first applied it, it felt like an antibiotic ointment, but it was softer than that and absorbed quickly. Since my skin has been dry lately, after cleansing I choose one from ampoules like Purcell, essence nature hydrating ampoule, PDRN or retinol ampoules, then finish with Doctor Different retinol cream and Doctor Different 131 cream, but I use the retinol cream and 131 cream every other day instead. Subtle floral scent? Similar to Medicube PDRN pink serum. The ingredient list isn't minimal, but there were no irritating ingredients. Since it contains 2% PDRN, I applied it after using Ridlshot and expected good results—no breakouts! Moisturizing effect is surprisingly decent. Absorbs quickly on bare skin. When applied after ampoules or serums, absorption takes a bit longer. However, it might not be enough for very dry skin. When I applied it at night it felt greasy, so I skipped the final moisturizing cream, but I woke up feeling dry. I recommend layering a hydrating or moisturizing cream on top. Recommended for combination, sensitive, and dehydrated oily skin types. I didn't really find any downsides. It seems like a great value cream! I added Ridlshot 300 to my basic routine. On days I use Ridlshot, my skin feels drier and more irritated, so instead of the retinol cream, I applied a hydrating cream with cica ingredients. It works fine as a replacement too. It's only been once so far, but I can already see my skin is really absorbing it well.

Because my skin is reactive, I stick to hydrating and soothing products most of the time, and only use active ingredients when my skin is in good condition. I was already curious about PDRN ingredients and trying other brands when I received this product, so I was really grateful! I'd had good results with other brands' PDRN products, so I was excited to try this one too. First, this is a great product for October and I found it perfect for transitional seasons and winter. Everyone might experience it differently depending on their skin type, but it hydrates well and the moisture level feels just right—better suited for cooler seasons than summer. I'd recommend using it in the evening rather than morning. After application, there's a nice glow and dewy feel, and after a bit of time it absorbs beautifully into the skin. By morning, there's a subtle radiance, any redness is calmed, and the soothing effect is noticeable. Even with my sensitive skin, I had no issues using it every evening. I was a bit worried about the fragrance, but it didn't cause any breakouts or irritation for me, and the scent wasn't off-putting at all. The downside is the size isn't very large, so it runs out quickly, and the price point is quite high, which is a bit disappointing. That said, I understand PDRN ingredients aren't cheap, so that's something to factor in. I also wish it didn't have fragrance added. For my skin, using it as a night cream works better than for makeup prep. I found it's an ideal cream for transitional seasons and winter. I normally use it as a regular cream, but on nights when I want intensive skin recovery, I layer it thickly and wake up with a beautiful glow and noticeably improved skin condition. I'd recommend adjusting how you use it based on your individual skin needs.
