Since then, I've been buying boxes of 30 regularly, and I think I'm already on my 4th or 5th box. During busy work periods or intense workout days, I start taking it the day before and continue through the next day, and it genuinely makes the exhaustion feel like it's cut down to a fraction. I used to wonder why all the reviews on the online store seemed so over-the-top, but now I completely get it. My husband uses it too, and he feels exactly the same way. I haven't experienced this myself, but according to other colleagues, it can be quite strong. They mention that taking it on an empty stomach can cause stomach discomfort, and if taken in the evening, it can make your heart race and keep you from sleeping. Since it can interfere with sleep if taken in the evening, I'd recommend taking it in the morning instead (and for best results, morning is actually the ideal time anyway). 1. I love that this product is specifically formulated for women! 2. No afternoon slump after taking it! (The vitamin blend is seriously powerful) 3. The pill size is just right - super easy to swallow! 1. There isn't quite enough liquid coating on the pill to make it go down smoothly on its own - I have to drink water with it! 2. The price is pretty steep! I take this during the day to stay alert, and honestly, it really works! My energy levels have improved so much, and I've noticed my chronic fatigue has gotten significantly better since I started using this. Just a heads up - don't take this at night! You won't be able to fall asleep if you do!!
