The formula starts as a clear water texture, but once it meets water, it transforms into a creamy white consistency with a warming sensation that gradually builds. Even if I rinse it out right away, my hair becomes incredibly soft, but I also like to leave it on for over 3 minutes like a treatment mask before washing. Since it's a water-based formula, I'm careful not to use too much product, and while the price is on the higher side, I'm really satisfied with the results. I'd definitely repurchase this. The opening is pointed, and the cap twists on and off, which makes it slippery and awkward to open and close while my hands are wet during washing.
