It cleanses without any harsh sensation. Honestly, I think ceramides are kind of a luxury ingredient for a product you rinse off right away. That's probably why the price is higher, but it seems a bit much. If you ever feel like you need a deeper cleanse to remove more oil, I'd suggest mixing this with a stronger, more powerful cleanser for better results.
