Great starter vitamin C serum for beginners! I barely felt any irritation, and I really appreciate that it includes vitamin E and ferulic acid for added benefits. My skin texture has noticeably improved, and it feels so nourished and plump! Physiogel products are perfect for anyone new to vitamin C serums! I just layer 2-3 drops of the ampoule and finish with a hydrating cream, and my skin looks noticeably better the next day. The amount you get for the price is really disappointing. Honestly, that's my only complaint.

But here's the thing - this one has a high concentration of vitamin C and I haven't gotten a single breakout! I'm genuinely loyal to Physiogel now and using it consistently. The fact that this is a vitamin C product that my troubled skin can actually use without triggering breakouts makes it such an incredible value. The bottle is tiny, but here's the best part - you only need one or two drops per application, so it lasts forever. A 20ml bottle easily lasts me three to four months or more! The biggest downside is that it's seriously expensive. When I purchased it, here's what I learned: Olive Young has major sales in March, June, September, and December, and during those times they sell two 20ml bottles for about 50,000 won. That's when you should buy it! Here's my routine: I shower in the evening and use a Skinfood carrot pad to gently prep my skin. Then I apply this serum - one drop on each cheek and one drop on my forehead. I use three drops total per day and gently pat it in to make sure it absorbs well. Since this is a vitamin C product, I'd strongly recommend avoiding daytime use because sun exposure can cause discoloration. The ads promise fast absorption and a fresh finish, but on my oily skin, it didn't feel fresh at all. There's this lingering oily sensation that sits on the surface of my skin, and because of that, I actually got a couple of small bumps. It wasn't the experience I was hoping for. Vitamin products are water-loving, so they absorb better into skin that's slightly acidic. That's why applying the ampoule right after your acidic toner—before it fully absorbs—is supposed to work even better. I've definitely noticed a real difference using this method myself!
