My neck area suddenly became really dry, so I've been applying this just there and it seems to be working well! Though I have to say, my dryness is pretty intense, so I need to use a generous amount to really see the results. Honestly, there's not much to report. I have oily skin, but I was only using products that were too hydrating, so my face suddenly started feeling tight and flaky. I tried a sample a friend gave me and it calmed everything down right away. Since I have oily, acne-prone skin, the product is gentle, but it's too rich for regular use. I only apply it like a balm when my skin is extremely dry. When I apply this to itchy areas, I can really feel the soothing effect kicking in. Compared to other creams, this one feels so much gentler and less irritating on my skin. The price point is quite steep, and it's hard to find in stores. When my skin gets irritated and develops contact dermatitis with that puffy, soft, itchy, and stinging feeling, applying this gently seems to help a bit. On its own, it's quite drying, especially during winter. This is hands down the best cream I've ever used in my life. The only other products that come close are Muji's full-face cream in second place and Huxley's anti-gravity cream in third. I absolutely love rich, nourishing creams, and this one delivers perfectly. It's incredibly hydrating, smooths away dry patches beautifully, doesn't cause any irritation, and my skin actually looks better. My routine is simple: I cleanse with Zeroid gel cleanser and apply only this cream. The moisture it provides is amazing. I know caprylic acid doesn't work for me since I've had issues with most products containing it, so Physiogel DMT wasn't a match. I actually used Physiogel AI and Restoring products years ago with great results, so I repurchased them, and they're even better now. Nothing negative to report. I really hope they never discontinue this. I'm absolutely obsessed with it, and the price point is so reasonable too. I bought this because it was supposed to help with itching, but it didn't really work for me. It has quite a bit of oil to it.
