I mix it into a 2-liter bottle of water, and honestly, it really helps me drink more water throughout the day! I took this for over three months and really noticed the difference when I stopped! My body feels noticeably lighter and my digestion has improved so much. The only downsides are the price point and that the results aren't as dramatic as you might hope for, but honestly that's about it. It's a great coffee alternative to reach for.
