But this product surprised me immediately with how quickly it sets. The staying power is so impressive that you can instinctively tell it's a long-wear formula without even knowing the name. What I also loved is how incredibly lightweight it feels after application - so light that you might forget you're even wearing it! As for the scent, I couldn't quite place it at first, but after discussing it with my family, we decided it smells like strawberry with a hint of crown notes. This tint truly delivers on its promise to keep your color locked in place all day. The shade is a classic plum tone with purple undertones that's instantly recognizable. The downside is that because it dries so quickly, my lips felt quite parched afterward. I actually wanted to apply a lip balm, which is unusual for me. I've tried many different tints including other long-wear formulas, and I'm someone who rarely feels the need for a lip balm throughout the entire year.
