I hadn't seen my younger sibling in a while and noticed their skin looked amazing, so I asked what they were using. Turns out they recommended this product, so I decided to try it too. I have to say, the application is smooth and I've noticed fewer breakouts. It does provide hydration, but I wouldn't say the moisturizing power is particularly strong. The hydration isn't strong enough to use on its own without pairing it with other products. It doesn't seem to prevent major skin concerns. I think it works really well when you apply a toner first and then use this as a serum. The texture spreads like concentrated aloe soothing gel. It absorbs instantly into the skin. You can feel how effective it is for breakouts right from the first use. I always apply it when my skin feels irritated. It's stickier than I expected. While it works well for blemishes, when I apply it at night and wake up, there's a lot of excess oil on my skin. It's good for oily skin, but I think it works even better for dry skin types. Honestly, this is best used as a night treatment. If you have oily skin, I really recommend using it only at night. I have dry skin and have been consistently using this product for about 3 years since 2021. When my skin was really struggling at first, a pharmacist recommended it to me, and I've been hooked ever since. Even when I apply it before makeup, it leaves my skin feeling smooth and refined. Honestly, I can't imagine my routine without it. I can't really think of any downsides. I got a sample from the pharmacy next to the dermatology clinic, and since they sold it there, I felt confident enough to buy one. It definitely calms down redness and doesn't irritate my skin. I've been so happy with it that I've stuck with this product for over 3 years because I'm hesitant to try anything else. I absolutely recommend it for oily, acne-prone skin! I don't really have any complaints. I'm using it well. My skin hasn't transformed dramatically or anything like that, but it does a good job of maintaining my skin as it is. I use the cleansing foam together with this product too! I've been using this consistently since last year, and even though I'm still learning, I go through it so quickly that I end up repurchasing it all the time. This was actually my first time buying cosmetics online, and now I find myself ordering from multiple retailers. It wears down faster than I'd like, which is a bit disappointing. But it does push me to use it more strategically and make the most of what I have.
