As someone with dry skin, this is truly the best toner for me. I spray it like a mist from the bottle and let it absorb, and my skin feels so smooth and hydrated. When the seasons change, I usually get some irritation around my eyes that feels like eczema flare-ups, but this product calms everything down so quickly. I absolutely love it. I wish the bottle was lighter and held more product. I'm using this as a toner, and while the texture isn't super lightweight, it feels more like applying a serum. The absorption is actually pretty good though. After applying it, my skin definitely feels hydrated and dewy. I've been using it for about a week now, and I can already see my complexion looking brighter and more radiant. It's not the best value for money at full price. I managed to grab it during a sale event at a discounted price. Since I haven't been using it for very long yet, I haven't experienced any breakouts or irritation so far.

When I use it as an exfoliating toner, my skin feels refreshed and clean. The container is heavy, but the seal doesn't work well. As you can see from the photos, the cap has two parts, so even though I thought I closed it tightly, when I opened it later it seemed sealed—but because of the double structure, it apparently wasn't closing properly. After using about 20 percent of the product, I noticed 70 percent had evaporated and only this much remained. The brand says this is for dry skin, but it didn't really deliver that hydrating feeling I was looking for, and it didn't provide much nourishment either. It's just a product that doesn't cause problems—nothing more. (I didn't even experience breakouts from over-exfoliation.) Honestly, at first the brand's website recommended using this toner, then essence, then cream in that order. But when I checked in 2024, they now recommend using peptide formula first, then essence, then glutathione, suggesting three ampoule-type products in a row. And honestly, using ampoules in that sequence does create a synergy effect! The brand itself doesn't really recommend toner anymore. Peptides naturally create hydration pathways and are ingredients that signal the skin, so using them first is definitely the best approach. I'm very satisfied with most Purcell products, and while this product itself is usable, the container's sealing issue means I can't recommend this one. I only used 20 percent and almost all of it evaporated. If you haven't used other products in between like I did, you might mistakenly think you just used it up quickly. I keep coming back to repurchase this! The generous amount means I can use it liberally without worrying about running out too quickly. I bought this to use alongside my ampoule, and I'm really happy with it. It does a great job exfoliating away dead skin, leaves my skin feeling so comfortable and soothed, and I love that it has this beautiful green color. My skin is extremely oily with constant sebum production, sensitive, acne-prone, with milia and enlarged pores. No matter what I apply, I can't seem to find products that work for me. My skin stays greasy, and I'm always dealing with milia. I've started so many products only to stop using them because they irritate my skin, so my drawer is full of abandoned bottles. But this product? I absolutely love it! I've only been using it for 3 days and I can already see my skin calming down so visibly. If I keep using this consistently, I genuinely believe I can clear up all the acne on my skin. I'm obsessed! I'm definitely going to buy other products from this brand too. There's nothing special about it. Really. The price isn't bad, I guess, but... I don't know. There's just nothing there.
