This product contains panthenol and centella asiatica, which are amazing for calming and soothing irritated skin. When I use it intensively on breakouts, I can actually see the inflammation go down by the next day—it's so satisfying! I find myself reaching for it constantly. The scent is barely noticeable, and while it's not a runny liquid formula, it has almost no sticky residue, which I really appreciate. The amount you get doesn't match the price tag. Overall, I think this is a reliable serum that provides just the right amount of hydration for fall and winter based on my skin type. When I first tried this product during the transition from spring to summer and into the summer season, it felt a bit heavy and absorbed slowly. But now that we're in this transitional weather, it's absolutely perfect. My skin is combination with dry patches underneath, and when I apply it slowly across my entire face with the dropper, letting it absorb gradually, I get that ideal level of moisture that I love. My only concern is that it contains both panthenol and houttuynia cordata, which is why I bought it, but I didn't notice the soothing effect as much as I expected. It's more like nothing particularly improved when I applied it. Also, the formula isn't as lightweight as water—it has that typical serum consistency with a bit of viscosity and slight stickiness, so it doesn't absorb well when my skin is humid or oily. Since it's 30ml and it's a serum, I find myself going through it faster than anticipated. I picked it up during a major sale at an incredibly low price, but even considering the usual discounted price, I don't think I'll repurchase. There are just so many other serums out there with better value for money.

The absorption isn't super quick, so you'll want to give it plenty of time to sink in or use it alone if you want less stickiness. After some time passes, you might notice a slight oily sheen coming through. Irritation: I'm using this just in the morning as part of my daily routine, and I haven't experienced any breakouts or skin sensitivity issues.
