I purchased this set from the postpartum care center because it's known to be great for baby heat rash. I applied this serum to my baby's face and followed it with the cream, and the heat rash did gradually improve. That said, I'm not entirely sure if it was specifically this product or if it just naturally cleared up over time. Either way, the formula is gentle and I'm still using it regularly. The fragrance has that signature Primaju scent that I personally love. It absorbs right away without any sticky feeling. The texture is like a light fluid, and it spreads beautifully on the skin. I'm already on my second bottle and plan to repurchase. The price is quite high for the amount you get, and the usable window after opening is frustratingly short. Primaju doesn't contain preservatives, so you're supposed to use it within 3 months of opening. My baby had heat rash and I was so worried and upset that I decided to give this a try based on recommendations. The heat rash that wouldn't improve even with cooling products started to get better little by little! I'm so satisfied! My baby kept rubbing their face with their hands because of the itching from the heat rash, and when I held them, they would rub their face really hard. Plus, they barely wanted to drink their formula. But as I kept applying this product consistently, things gradually improved. My baby stopped reaching up to rub their face as much, and now they're drinking their formula well again. I'm so relieved! I heard that using a serum and cream together for heat rash works like magic, so I bought just the serum. I already had panthenol ointment at home, so I used them together and it works so much better! At first, I didn't know any better and used a soothing gel thinking I needed to cool things down, but that didn't help at all. I really appreciated that Primaju is organic, so I felt confident using it on my baby's delicate skin. Since it's organic with a shorter shelf life, I made sure to use it generously. I definitely recommend it! The scent is the only thing... everything else is great, but Primaju seems to have a pretty strong fragrance overall. That said, I've gotten used to it and it's bearable. I recommend combining the serum with panthenol ointment! If your baby's heat rash is severe, apply the serum frequently and gently wipe their face with a damp cloth, then keep reapplying. It works really well!

I'm already on my second jar! The only downside is the price, but otherwise I absolutely love it. The disappointing part is the price, which feels quite steep. Since it's organic, you need to use it within three months of opening. When I apply it regularly, one jar lasts about a month. Still, for my baby's skin health, I'll keep using it consistently. I'm using this serum followed by a rich moisturizing cream. I purchased a newborn heat rash care kit on 25.03.01 that includes a soothing cream and a deeply hydrating cream, and I've been using it for my baby's heat rash. Since babies' heat rash flares up quickly without proper management, I applied it as soon as I noticed the redness, and it calmed down right away, which was great. The price is a bit steep for the size, but I'm satisfied because the size is convenient to use and the results are excellent. When I apply it, there's a strong cooling sensation, and it feels so moisturizing, which I really love. The Primaju soothing cream doesn't seem to have any disappointing aspects.

It's really effective at calming irritation - When my baby was a newborn during summer, even with the air conditioning on, their skin would get bumpy and red. Whenever that happened, applying this serum and cream would calm everything down. Now I understand why this product is so well-known for heat rash relief. 2. It absorbs quickly - I need to apply both serum and cream, but if the serum doesn't absorb well and just sits on the surface, it's not ideal. Plus, babies move around so much and rub their faces on everything, so the product gets wiped away easily. That's why I prefer something that absorbs fast. This serum has a lightweight formula and absorbs quickly, which I really appreciate. The downsides are: 1. Price - I've already gone through several bottles, and since I apply it frequently throughout the day, it runs out quickly. I do think it's on the pricey side. 2. Size - I wish they offered a larger size. Since I keep using this product regularly anyway, 30ml runs out faster than expected. I'd love to see jumbo sizes like 70ml or 100ml available.

I couldn't find any regular serums or ampoules that worked for my skin, and relying only on toner and emulsion just wasn't cutting it through winter. So I ended up buying this newborn product too. I was honestly worried that since it's formulated for newborns, it might clog my pores or cause those tiny bumps to appear. But none of that happened! It applies so smoothly and gently, and my skin feels beautifully hydrated. I've even used it on days when my skin was really irritated and reactive. While it doesn't have any special active ingredients, I love using it just for that extra boost of moisture my skin needs. The scent is... well, it smells like baby powder, and it's pretty overwhelming. When I first smelled it, I was genuinely shocked and thought, "What is this smell?" It doesn't smell like typical skincare at all, more like cheap perfume. As for the texture, I wasn't expecting much from a newborn product, but it does drag and pill a bit when you apply it. You really have to massage it in carefully, or it just sits on top of your skin like a white cast. Here's the thing though, it's gentle and everything, but three hours after applying it, my face still reeks of that cheap perfume smell. I literally can't wear it out.
