It calms skin quickly and the hydration lasts so well that I can still see the emulsion coating intact when it's time for the next diaper change. The cream texture is quite thick, so I had to apply some pressure when spreading it on. It also felt a bit sticky when trying to smooth it across the skin. Additionally, when diaper rash was severe, the product didn't seem very effective, so I eventually switched to a different brand. The price point is also higher compared to other diaper creams, so I'm hesitant about repurchasing. While I was satisfied with how gentle the formula is, overall the application experience and effectiveness didn't quite meet my expectations. My baby was getting sweaty in the neck, underarms, and diaper area, with redness and the skin looked like it was heading toward heat rash. But after applying this daily, everything improved so much! Plus, we haven't had any diaper rash issues at all. The main downside with Primaju is that it's quite pricey. Also, the product amount feels a bit small for the cost. I've never had to deal with diaper rash, which is amazing! I especially love applying it to those hard-to-reach creases and folds to prevent moisture buildup, and knowing it's made with organic ingredients gives me such peace of mind. There is quite a bit of white cast, but since this is a diaper cream, it's pretty much unavoidable. The tricky part is that it doesn't rinse off easily during bath time. I thought Bepanthen was the best, but this diaper cream is actually amazing! It feels like it creates a protective barrier on the skin. My baby's diaper rash cleared up so much better with this. The only downside is that the price feels way too high for the amount you get. Because of that, I have to use it sparingly.

This cream does an amazing job calming that irritation! It's not quite as powerful as a medicated ointment or Bepanthen, but since I can't apply ointment every single day, using this cream instead feels like the better choice for us. The texture feels a bit heavy and sticky. The cream just sits on the skin and doesn't absorb well unless I give my baby a bath first. I bought the entire Primage line and honestly, everything else is amazing. But this one product is absolutely terrible. There's literally nothing good about it. Total waste of money. It's such a shame to throw it away, so it's just sitting around at home collecting dust. It doesn't wash off well at all. I can't even gently cleanse my newborn's skin with it. I picked it up alongside the Primage cleansing oil, and if a diaper cream won't rinse away this easily, that really makes you wonder how harsh it must be on delicate skin. When I apply it to the mild rash that's starting to appear, it feels noticeably better right away The texture feels quite dry and stiff, and it doesn't spread smoothly or remove easily
