It doesn't irritate delicate skin, and after washing, it leaves the area feeling soft and moisturized rather than tight or stripped. I kept repurchasing and using it all the way through 20 months, and my little one's bottom stayed healthy and rash-free the entire time! I definitely notice it's gentler than regular soap, which is great. The only issue is that after my baby started eating solid foods, the odor became more noticeable. Since this is fragrance-free, even after thorough cleansing, I still detect the smell lingering on the diaper area, which is a bit frustrating. I didn't cut the bar into pieces and just left it whole. I've been using it since we came home from the maternity center with our 200-day-old baby, cutting it into thirds, and I'm still going through it. It feels squeaky and leaves my skin feeling dry. I have to really commit to the purchase every time I buy it. After my baby has a bowel movement, just rinsing with water feels incomplete, so I use Primage soap to wash. It has such a gentle feel to it. I worry that water alone won't remove all the bacteria, so the soap gives me peace of mind. As for firmness, I'm really disappointed. I used this when my baby was younger, but stopped for a while. When I noticed my little one felt stinging during diaper changes, I switched back to Primaju soap. It's so gentle that my child feels comfortable using it again. I'm happy with all of Primaju's products, but the value for money is a concern. The price is quite steep, to be honest. Still, I think it's worth using.
