The texture is richer than I expected and leaves a nice, substantial finish. I didn't experience any dryness at all. I think it would be even better during winter, but in summer it might feel a bit heavy or uncomfortable if you're sensitive to heat. It calmed my skin beautifully without any pilling or residue, and I think the panthenol really helps with that. I'd suggest applying just one layer before makeup to avoid any shifting. I really appreciated how it tackled my inner dryness! Honestly, I didn't find any real downsides! If I had to point out something positive, it feels fresh and doesn't leave any sticky residue My skin is dry, but this cream is way too drying even after application. I'm wondering if people with oily skin might find it okay during summer? I honestly can't say for sure since I have dry skin
