It's a watery toner formula and it works just fine. I can't say it's exceptionally hydrating or amazing or super soothing or anything like that. It's just a decent watery toner, you know? It's a gentle product that doesn't irritate my skin. But honestly, I found something that works better for me with a different brand, so I've switched over. Take care! I've been using this since 2025 and I'm still going strong! I switched to this product when my beloved Mediheal Tea Tree Toner was discontinued. I actually left a review back in 2023, but I was hesitant then since I hadn't been using it long enough to really know. With super sensitive skin like mine, I consider it a win if my skin doesn't completely freak out, and honestly, I've been loving this for over 2 years now! The hydration is really nice too. My skin hasn't gotten dramatically better or anything, but I've definitely noticed it feels calmer and more settled. I'm thrilled that I'm not breaking out anymore, which is honestly enough for me. I see other toners that look amazing and I'm tempted to switch, but I'm too nervous to take the risk right now. If you have sensitive skin, please give this a try! I'm just hoping they never discontinue it or reformulate it. Finding the right toner for sensitive skin is seriously so hard. Honestly, I don't have any complaints so far. This product is so soothing and hydrating - I absolutely love it! I use it as a base treatment and also as a toner mask. I've already finished one 150ml bottle and I'm on my second 500ml bottle, which says everything about how much I'm enjoying it. I can't really think of any downsides for me personally, but since I have oily skin, those with dry skin might find it a bit too lightweight for their needs.
