I searched everywhere for a silicone-free leave-in conditioner and finally managed to track one down and order it. My go-to Aromatica product got discontinued, so after hunting around, I decided to give this a try, and honestly, I'm really impressed. Most importantly, I love that it's completely silicone-free! Since my hair gets frizzy, I need to apply a generous amount of leave-in conditioner, so I absolutely can't use products with silicone in them. I checked other international brands too, but they all contain some silicone, so this product feels like a lifesaver for me. The shock of losing my beloved Aromatica line was huge, so I'm leaving this glowing review hoping this product never gets discontinued. Beyond just the ingredients, the results are fantastic too! Even when I use less than my usual amount, my hair gets that smooth, frizz-free finish, and after a while, my hair really absorbs the product and becomes beautifully defined. I'm genuinely so happy with this. I really hope quality products like this stay available and get the love they deserve.
The fragrance is way too strong for me. It has this baby powder scent that's pretty overpowering. I guess if you only apply a tiny bit to your ends, you might not notice it as much, but even small amounts smell really intense. Since I need to apply a lot of leave-in conditioner to my hair, the strong fragrance feels like too much. Honestly, if they'd skipped the fragrance altogether, this would be absolutely perfect!
It's great to use both before and after blow-drying. When I use it together with aloe gel, the moisture lasts so much longer, which I really love.
