After using it, I noticed my hair falls out less and my scalp feels so much better without any discomfort. The formula is gentle and kind to my hair, plus the packaging design is absolutely beautiful. I was hoping for a refreshing cooling effect without irritation, but this turned out to be way more intense than expected. My scalp got really inflamed and irritated. I have thick hair and my scalp tends to feel hot, so I was already dealing with throbbing pain from my crown to the back of my head. I bought this specifically for scalp sensitivity, and while the shampoo and scalp scraper from this brand worked great, this spray is another story. After spraying it 6 to 8 times and doing a scalp massage, the menthol feeling was so much more irritating than I anticipated as it dried. I definitely won't be repurchasing. The intense tingling sensation is too harsh on my scalp and hard to tolerate while waiting for it to dry completely. I wish I had tested it first before buying. I understand the formula might have concentrated ingredients, but please consider making it gentler and less irritating.
