This conditioner is seriously lightweight! It's perfect for summer because it won't leave your hair feeling greasy, and you'll get that fresh, clean finish you're looking for. The only thing is, it's almost too lightweight. It doesn't really tackle frizz or dryness, so honestly, you'll need to use a treatment mask alongside it. The home shopping host claimed that using it just ten minutes once a week would make your hair silky smooth, but that's completely unrealistic. I use it daily and it's basically just a conditioner that prevents tangles. Honestly, forget about expecting miracles from shampoo and conditioner. Just check the ingredient list and grab something affordable. The real trick is washing thoroughly, applying a hair essence, and finishing with a hair perfume for that fragrance boost. Among conditioners, this one does a great job improving hair texture. You can use it on your scalp too, which is nice. The scent is the same as the shampoo - herbal and citrus notes. I really appreciated that it's not overpowering. It's perfectly balanced, not heavy, not too light, and doesn't leave hair feeling oily. Honestly, I think anyone and everyone would be happy using this. That said, since it's a conditioner and not a treatment mask, it doesn't deliver quite the same level of hair conditioning as a dedicated treatment would. While you're washing your hair, it does feel a bit slippery. But once your hair is dry, it's just okay, nothing special. The scent has this herbal quality to it, which is different from the Poti Shampoo I usually use. What I really love is that after applying it, if I leave it on for about a minute like a treatment mask and then rinse it out, my hair becomes so soft and smooth. I use this conditioner as the final step after shampooing and applying treatment or hair mask products. The scent is refreshing and not overwhelming at all, and since this product can be used on the scalp too, I apply it when my hair condition isn't great and it really does make a noticeable difference. I've been using it consistently because of how well it works. Gentle on the scalp with a soft, smooth feel after use. I highly recommend using it together with shampoo—it really amplifies that luxurious, lightweight sensation! The scent is absolutely lovely, and my hair feels so much softer. I'm genuinely thrilled with how this has improved my hair quality. I purchased this conditioner along with a shampoo and started using them together. However, whenever I use just this product, I develop what looks like eczema or skin irritation along my neck and scalp line, and it gets really itchy. Concerned about this reaction, I switched to a different conditioner and the itching disappeared. After a few days of not using this product, the symptoms almost completely cleared up. Even though I've now switched to a completely different product, the irritation marks are still lingering on my skin. I really can't recommend this one. It seems to contain ingredients that are too harsh for sensitive skin.
