I've been using this for about six months now, and since I find myself reaching for it constantly, I decided to invest in a larger size that I'm still working through. I'd absolutely recommend this as your first pomade experience. It's surprisingly easy to use and has this amazing butter-like texture. The scent is distinctive with subtle chocolate notes that I really enjoy. The only downside I've noticed is that during summer, once I start sweating, the pomade tends to revert back to its original form in the areas where I applied it. For short hair, use just one finger length of product. The key is to apply it evenly across your entire hair with a gentle, thorough distribution motion. Control shine and matte finish with hair moisture content. I love that you can adjust the amount to achieve both natural-looking hair and sleek, polished styles. This is my top recommendation for anyone getting started with hair gel. It does struggle a bit with summer humidity, so the hold can drop sometimes, which is a minor letdown.

After using this, my hair stays in place beautifully and doesn't look flat or greasy, which is exactly what I was looking for. The only downside is that it hardens way too quickly. It applies so smoothly without any hassle, and I absolutely love the scent. I'm really happy with this product! The staying power feels a bit weak, and honestly, it's a little pricey for what you're getting.
