This pink shade has a lot of white undertones and applies with a sheer, transparent finish. It seems perfect for summer as a lighter option, and my mom absolutely loves using it. Dewy, plump pearl lipstick with a soft, cool pink shade. When it suits your skin tone, it creates an ethereal, absolutely gorgeous look. The color payoff can be quite sheer depending on your skin tone. If the pearl finish doesn't work for you, it might give off an unpolished appearance. Try using it as a base lip color.

It has a nice moisturizing feel, so it applies beautifully even without a lip balm underneath. I also loved that it has a subtle shimmer to it. There's nothing majorly wrong with it, but it does seem to wear away faster than I'd expect. The shimmer looks beautiful. When my lips are in good condition, it works pretty well. The photo on the right shows this best. The dry patches really stand out. This is the only Rust Lust lipstick with shimmer, and honestly, I don't think that was a great choice for this shade. The shimmer particles settle into the fine lines on my lips, which isn't flattering. Plus, the color tone didn't match my skin well. It actually looked better when I applied it over a tint or a highly pigmented lip product and just gently tapped the shimmer on top.
