It applies so smoothly and the color is absolutely gorgeous. This brick-toned lipstick looks stunning when you wear it in the fall. I spotted this product at Olive Young and decided to grab it! - The shade is absolutely perfect for everyday wear - It applies smoothly and feels wonderful on the lips - The color pays off beautifully, even when my lips aren't in the best condition - Since it's a lip color, the pigment isn't super long-lasting, so it does transfer onto my mask during the day - The cap loosened up pretty quickly I use Innisfree's lip care product, and after applying it before bed and waking up, my lips feel so much smoother with all the flakiness gone and they're nicely hydrated. When I apply this lip color after that, it goes on beautifully.

But this one? It's exactly what I've been looking for! This gorgeous wine shade is such a rare find for cool-toned skin. The formula feels really moisturizing, so it applies smoothly, but it fades way too easily. Plus, the color payoff is almost nonexistent.

Personally, I think Revlon's lipstick formula strikes the perfect balance - it's the most comfortable option I've tried among mid-tone lipsticks. It doesn't go overboard with shine and lose its staying power, and it's not so matte that it tugs at your lips. It really nails that sweet spot. The color is called Chili, which used to be really popular, but honestly, it doesn't read as a true chili to me. There's barely any orange undertone, and since I tend to skip anything with orange, this works perfectly for me. It's more of a muted, dusty rose tone. It would blend beautifully with beige for a gradient effect. I absolutely love this lipstick! I've gone through about two drawers worth of lipsticks, and I'm definitely repurchasing this one. Highly recommend! Not really any downsides, but I'm so disappointed that it's being discontinued now. Such a shame! This is the smallest amount I've ever gotten from a lipstick application.

When I swatch it on my hand or wrist, there's a slight tint, but on my actual lips, the color payoff is really minimal. Because of this, the color doesn't last long and I have to reapply it constantly throughout the day. This lipstick feels so moisturizing and doesn't tug on my lips at all. It's not overly hydrating like a lip gloss, but it has that nice moisturizing quality you want from a lipstick.
