When you touch it, it feels incredibly silky and smooth. The application is also really easy and blends beautifully. I bought this as a basic eyeshadow shade, but it's way too red for my skin tone. Everything has a strong red cast except for the eyeliner, eyeliner remover, and base. I absolutely love this palette! Every single shade is stunning with zero duplication, and the colors are just gorgeous. I'm not entirely sure which undertone this palette is best suited for, but let me tell you about something amazing. See that shade I marked in the second photo? Mix those shades together and use them as a blush - it's incredible! The color payoff is absolutely stunning. I'd describe it as having this beautifully toasted warmth to it. It's so gorgeous that I've completely ditched my regular blush and now I'm using this palette as my blush instead. As for powder fallout, honestly I haven't really noticed any issues with it.
