My hands naturally have a yellowish undertone, but this brown-pink shade creates such a beautiful optical illusion that my entire hand tone looks more balanced and refined. It's not a gel manicure, so the polish applies quite thin and chips within a day or two. Honestly, that's just how air-dry nail products work in general, so it's not really a dealbreaker for me. The cleaner you prep your nail surface, the more flawlessly the polish applies. But if you skip proper nail preparation and apply it to a rough surface, you'll end up with uneven coverage and patchy color, so make sure to prep your nails well before applying.

I've been looking for a beige nail shade with zero yellow undertones that works for cool skin tones, and I tested it at Olive Young and knew it was perfect, so I grabbed it. One coat alone is too sheer, but two coats give you that beautiful, true color payoff you're after. Since this isn't a gel polish, I have to wait for it to dry, which means I can't move around much while it sets. I was really hoping one coat would give me full color, but unfortunately it doesn't quite deliver that, which is a bit disappointing. The nail polish wear time is solid, and it's definitely worth grabbing during sales. At full price though, it feels a bit pricey for what you get. On my nails, one coat barely shows up at all... it looks like a color I already have in my collection, so I'm taking off a star for that.
