Plus, they run frequent sales, so you can grab it at a really affordable price without breaking the bank. The drying time is super fast—just one to two minutes and you're done! The color payoff matches exactly what you see in the bottle. To get the color as vibrant as it looks, you need to apply at least four coats. I've noticed this with all the Romand nail polishes honestly. The bottle size is also pretty small for the price. I don't think I'll be repurchasing. I've noticed that some Romand nail polish bottles come with an expiration date sticker while others don't. Make sure to check carefully when you're buying!

The thicker I apply it, the more I can achieve that gorgeous jelly nail effect, so I often go for a heavier application. I wish there were more color options available, and while the product comes with a thin brush applicator, I do find the application could be smoother. The applicator is narrow and thin, which means I need multiple passes to get good coverage. The brush marks are visible and really diminish the quality of the formula, which is disappointing.

This shade is exactly like condensed milk - the ivory tone is absolutely gorgeous Compared to the baby peach shade from the same line, this one was a bit trickier to apply smoothly. The condensed milk shade is absolutely gorgeous. When I use it on nail tips, the texture looks even prettier than on natural nails (the actual color is actually closer to my real nails). The color payoff is quite weak, and it doesn't apply evenly—it builds up thickly in certain spots. This means I need to apply another coat, and it just keeps getting thicker and thicker. The formula feels noticeably heavier compared to the Energetic Bright series I bought before, and this one is definitely the worst offender in the Milk Grocery collection I picked up.

It really does have that beautiful condensed milk syrup tone. The formula applies so smoothly and sheer that you can create a really fresh, innocent look with it. It's a bit more yellow-toned ivory than I expected, so I'm wondering if it might shift slightly on the skin. That said, I'm actually really happy with it. Application The formula applies smoothly, but because the color is so sheer and thin, if you press down with the brush, the polish bunches up on the sides and creates streaks. That leaves a bare patch down the middle. That said, if you do a couple of thin coats, the streaks disappear and it looks great. Drying Time The more layers you build, the longer you need to let it dry. Skip this step and it gets thick and clumpy. Still, for a single coat, it dries pretty quickly. The color is absolutely gorgeous! It blends so beautifully with other shades, and when I apply it all over, it just makes me feel amazing! The application is quite sheer, so I need to build it up with multiple layers. I'm not sure if it's the brush or the formula itself, but while my other colors apply smoothly, this one tends to look streaky and uneven, which makes it tricky to get an even finish. The design is adorable and the nail polish applies so smoothly and effortlessly I'm a bit disappointed because the formula doesn't distribute color evenly when I apply it
