You literally cannot find this shade anywhere else. It's that much of a holy grail product for me. Warm tone lovers, this one's for you! The downside is that it's been discontinued, so Olive Young doesn't carry it anymore. You can only find it online now. I just bought mine recently and the cap melted and broke from a heat pack during shipping. This is honestly my number one tint of all time. The shade is absolutely perfect for warm undertones. I bought it not long ago and made the mistake of keeping it in my pocket with a hand warmer during winter, so the cap melted and cracked. But I still carry it around anyway because I'm that obsessed with it. The cap is completely broken, but I refuse to leave home without it. It's that special to me. I can't find it at Olive Young anymore, and I'm worried it might be discontinued online too, so I need to stock up on a few more bottles before it's gone for good. The cap breaks really easily. It's so frustrating. Since this is a matte formula, if you have lips that tend to get dry, they might feel a bit parched after application. I'd definitely recommend prepping your lips with plenty of balm beforehand to keep them hydrated. Once you do that, it's such a gorgeous lip tint. I also love using shade 16 Bunny Nude as a base and then layering this on top in a gradient effect. This is just my personal take on this product, so please treat it as a reference. First off, the color is absolutely gorgeous. It's a toned-down red shade that's perfect for warm undertones. Compared to other velvet lip products, this one has a bit more of an oily feel. Because of that, it applies smoothly without drying out your lips, though the color payoff isn't the strongest. I compared it to the 3C Taupe shade because I thought they might be similar, but Deep Soul is actually a bit brighter. While Taupe leans more toward a deep brick tone, Deep Soul gives you a lighter red-orange vibe. Application: It goes on with a slightly oily texture that feels smooth, but honestly, if your lips are wet from drinking water or eating, it doesn't apply well at all. You really have to wipe your lips dry with a tissue before applying. The Applicator: Way too much product comes out on the tip. So you end up controlling the amount at the opening, which makes the opening get all messy and worn out. The tint itself isn't particularly strong, but I'm worried about this issue. The Case: I love velvet lip products, but I'm not a fan of the velvet-textured case. It feels nice and soft at first, but after using it for a while, it gets sticky. When it gets scratched by your nails or other products, it gets dirty pretty easily. And once it starts getting sticky, it attracts dust like crazy. If you apply it directly from the tip all over your lips, it fades quickly and applies way too heavily. So here's what I do instead: I tap it on first, then blend it out with my finger, fill in the fine lines, wipe away the excess oil with a tissue, and then carefully apply a controlled amount to the inner part of my lips. But honestly, this whole process is too complicated to do when you're out and about, so I end up not wearing it as much.

The color is a deep red that would look absolutely stunning if you have warm autumn undertones! I've tried other Rom&nd lip products and they have great color payoff with decent staying power. The formula feels thick and creamy right out of the tube, and when you apply it to your lips, it has a slightly patchy texture that gives it more of a matte finish rather than a dewy one. Since I'm not really into glossy finishes, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a matte lip look. If you're not a fan of matte lipsticks, I wouldn't recommend this one. That said, I didn't experience any irritation or issues with the product.

My T-zone gets extremely dry in winter, and I deal with occasional breakouts. When it comes to exfoliation, this product does bring up some dead skin cells, but if I use it with a lip balm and gently exfoliate, it works beautifully. The shade is absolutely perfect for my skin tone, and if you have warm undertones, you'll find it flatters almost everyone. A little goes a long way, and the color looks gorgeous. As for longevity, it doesn't last forever, but it definitely holds up better than other products I've tried. The photo was taken about four hours after application. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. True to its name, this lipstick delivers a deep red-brown shade that's already famous as a go-to recommendation for deep undertones. As someone with warm undertones, I've gone through three tubes already, and I mean it! The velvet texture gives it a matte finish, but the application is so smooth and effortless. It glides on beautifully without any tugging. Why I've repurchased three times... The color payoff is this moody, atmospheric red that just works. I absolutely love that there's zero pink undertone in the formula. If there was even a hint of pink, it wouldn't suit me at all. The fact that it stays true to that pure red is everything! I have to give credit to Rom&N for nailing this shade selection every single time. Since it's winter now, matte lipsticks can feel drying on the lips. I wish they'd release this same gorgeous shade in a moisturizing formula instead. This is what people call a brick red or terracotta lip shade. The color is quite intense, so wearing it as a full lip look feels a bit heavy-handed. I find it works best when I apply it as a subtle stain on the inner lip or blend it out as a gradient effect. I'm using both Bunny Nude and Deep Soul shades, and they work beautifully together! Each one looks stunning on its own too. The application is so smooth and creamy, and I really appreciate that there's barely any scent. The staying power is just okay, honestly. The color fades right off when I eat. It just wasn't the right shade for my skin tone, but the color itself is absolutely stunning and has such a sophisticated, atmospheric vibe to it. The staying power is way too short for me. If they could just improve the longevity, I'd definitely repurchase this product.
