The lip gloss I bought recently was such a letdown, and looking back, I've been disappointed by their lip products before too. What's funny is that even now, with a better eye for undertones and product quality than I had back then, Rom&nd lips always leave me feeling disappointed. When I bought this one, it was marketed as a cool-toned lip, so that's why I picked it up. I'm not sure if it's been discontinued now, but anyway, it has a slight saturation and a murky tone to it. Since it's a velvet tint, the color doesn't shift on my lips, but it just didn't work for me, so I probably threw it away or gave it to someone. Rom&nd's blushers work great for me, but with light undertones and deep undertones mixed together, and all that talk about gray and soft tones and 'muted, low-saturation' colors being flattering - as someone with an extremely narrow range of shades that actually suit me, I just don't click with Rom&nd lip products. They always have that murky quality, a grayish cast, high saturation, and the tints shift color on me. The color is absolutely gorgeous! The saturation is a bit subtle, but it gives that perfect natural pink tone. It looks beautiful even when applied with a lip tint. I do notice it can emphasize dry patches a little, and sometimes it feels like it sits on top of the lips rather than blending seamlessly. That said, the color is so stunning that I'm willing to overlook these minor issues and keep using it.

Honestly, it's quite pigmented and has a really strong color payoff, which might be a bit much for my preference. But it's absolutely perfect for cool undertones! The texture is absolutely gorgeous, so smooth and silky. I'm really impressed with how beautiful it looks. It really emphasizes my dry patches and flakiness, which is frustrating. As someone with cool undertones, I absolutely loved how this applied! The coverage was flawless, there was zero patchiness, and it blended so naturally that the finish looked absolutely gorgeous. It's seriously like strawberry milk, you know? But then they discontinued it and I'm kicking myself for not stocking up when I had the chance. Now I'm on the hunt for something in a similar coral shade. This product was truly the best, and I really hope they bring it back soon! The only downside is that it's been discontinued, which is such a shame. The color is absolutely gorgeous! This shade will look amazing on anyone with a light undertone. I can't believe Pola is being discontinued... please don't stop making it. The color is such a beautiful azalea pink, really lovely and soft. I was expecting something brighter, more like strawberry milk pink, but it turned out to be more understated than I thought. I was a bit disappointed about that. However, the application is so smooth and creamy, and for a velvet formula, it barely emphasizes texture or dry patches, which I really appreciated. If you don't control how much product you use, it applies pretty thick. When that happens, the adhesion feels less natural and it transfers more onto other surfaces. To be honest, even when you apply it thinly, the velvet formula does tend to transfer quite a bit, but that's just how it is.

When I apply it with gentle pressure, it spreads out beautifully thin and even. I love that I can use it for gradient looks, as a base, and for accent details. On my cheeks, it applies without any patchy spots and blends seamlessly. The staying power is impressive, and the adhesion to my lips is really strong. This is definitely a cool-toned light shade for me. I'm not sure why, but my skin seems to reject the color, so I went with the lightest shade available. Even so, it can look too dark depending on how much I use. The amount you apply really matters, and it does feel a bit slippery on the surface. That said, if I blot it with a tissue, it applies without any issues. I do have one concern though—if you don't store it properly, the scent can become quite off-putting. If you're sensitive to fragrance, you'll definitely want to pay attention to how you store this product. For the best color payoff, try blotting with a tissue several times after application, then apply a thin layer again. Romand really nails it with their shades - I got such an amazing deal and I'm thrilled! The color is absolutely perfect for cool undertones. The texture does emphasize dry patches a bit, which is a shame. But honestly, if you can look past that, the color itself is genuinely stunning.

Highly recommended for cool-toned complexions The Rom&nd tints are disappointing in so many ways. Sure, the shades look pretty when you first apply them, but that's where the magic ends. The formula doesn't adhere to my lips at all, which means the color fades way too quickly. It feels like I've dusted my lips with powder—super dry and uncomfortable. Since the formula won't stay put, I can't even tell if the color looks flattering on my lips. I wore it for a bit because I loved the shade initially, but honestly? I won't be repurchasing. The same goes for their blur tint and foundation—they all feel like they're missing something. The only product I'm actually happy with from them is their blush, which I'm still using regularly.
