My niece had keratosis pilaris and it really improved with this product. The hydration is fantastic too - I'm definitely planning to repurchase! The price is a bit steep, honestly. Strong fragrances sometimes give me headaches, but this one is so subtle I almost wondered if there was any scent at all at first. Once I apply it to my skin, the fragrance comes through gently and naturally, not like those artificial baby powder scents. It's exactly my style. Even after washing dishes for a bit after applying it to my child, the gentle fragrance still lingers so beautifully. 4.
