I absolutely loved this product, but I'm so sad it's been discontinued. Why did they have to discontinue it? It's not available anymore, it's really gone. The only disappointing thing? That it got discontinued.

My skin type: combination skin with no acne, relatively small pores, occasional breakouts. This cleanser is very gentle and removes makeup effectively. It cleanses pores thoroughly, and with consistent use, even mild blackheads can be dissolved through proper emulsification. After cleansing, my skin feels hydrated without any tightness or greasiness. I bought a lot during sales and the value for money was incredible. The product doesn't come with a spatula, and it seems to get used up faster than oil-based cleansers. It's not being sold anymore, which is disappointing. It had better value than other brands, so I wish they'd bring it back. Both the oil and balm require generous amounts for proper emulsification. Using too little can cause irritation and poor makeup removal. Take about 5 minutes to thoroughly massage during the emulsification step, and rinse multiple times. Even though I tend to apply a thicker base, it removes so easily. The scent isn't artificial at all, which makes it really comfortable to use. It also seems to do a great job of drawing out excess oil, which I love! For mascara, you'll need to use a lip and eye remover to take it off. For the amount you get, this product offers amazing value compared to other options. It's gentle on the skin, and after using it, my skin feels wonderfully hydrated and smooth. It's too slippery, so I have to keep rinsing it off repeatedly. I don't wear makeup that often, so I've been using this for over a year now. The formula has a balm texture that glides smoothly onto my skin and removes makeup really well, haha. I've noticed it does a great job with oil-based makeup too. With balm and oil cleansers, there's always that slick residue left after the first cleanse, and since I can't stand that greasy feeling, I always follow up with a foam cleanser for a thorough second cleanse. Since I started using this, I haven't experienced any skin irritation or breakouts. I used this every single day for three months and just finished the entire jar. I picked it up during a sale for around seven thousand won, and honestly, the value for money is incredible. What really impressed me is that despite the affordable price, the product quality is genuinely excellent. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal without compromising on performance. At first, I was using the included spatula that came with it, but since I didn't have a separate place to store it, after about a month I ended up just using my fingers instead. I grabbed this product on sale, but I'm not sure if it's the cleansing balm in general or this specific product that doesn't work for me. Either way, I was really disappointed with it. This just wasn't right for my skin. The cleansing power was underwhelming, and even though I had combination skin with an oily tendency before using this, it made my chin area so flaky and red that I had to stop using it.

This formula melts beautifully on warm skin, making it fantastic for dissolving excess oil. What really impressed me is that even after just a few days of use, I could visibly see my skin concerns fade away. It's definitely a winner! When I use this followed by a cleansing foam, my face does feel a bit tight and dry. It might be the cleanser's fault, but honestly, I think this product would work better for those with oily skin types.
