I bought this on the recommendation of my skin therapist. I had tried a vegan foam cleanser before, but they mentioned it wasn't the best match for my skin type, so they suggested I use this just for my morning cleanse. I'm really impressed with how gentle and soothing it is. Since I'm only using it in the morning to remove light impurities, it feels absolutely perfect for my routine. I'm used to cleansers that create lots of rich, luxurious lather, and this one doesn't produce as much foam or have that squeaky-clean feeling I'm accustomed to. That said, it does seem to be formulated with a gentler approach.

Because of this, my morning cleanse is sometimes just water, and when I do use a cleanser, I stick exclusively to gel formulas and use the absolute minimum amount. I've always trusted Robectin products since they've consistently delivered with oils and essences, so I bought this with confidence. However, it didn't quite meet my expectations. That said, here are the positives: 1. It doesn't cause itching, irritation, or breakouts. I even opened my eyes briefly while it was on my face and experienced no stinging or discomfort. 2. The formula is gentle overall and slightly acidic, making it worry-free to use as a morning cleanser. 3. The pump dispenser is incredibly hygienic and super convenient for rushed mornings. 4. The amount is easy to control, and even a small amount creates a rich, abundant lather. 5. The cleansing power is better than expected. (Keeping in mind this is a morning cleanser—if you use a cleansing oil first and then this product, your base makeup removes effortlessly.) The scent is definitely hit or miss. Personally, I felt neutral about it, but while it's better than artificially fragranced products, it has that public restroom hand soap vibe, if you know what I mean. It's not exactly an uplifting scent. Since my skin is so dry, after cleansing with this and heading to the powder room, my skin dries out quickly. Honestly, there's barely anything to wash off in the morning anyway, so for me this is just a drying morning foam cleanser. I was hoping it would leave my skin feeling hydrated and dewy after cleansing, so I'm a bit disappointed. This product offers amazing value for the price - it's affordable and gentle on the skin, which makes it a real steal. It didn't really help calm down my skin troubles the way I hoped. Combination skin (with dry patches) & sensitive & acne-prone I usually layer multiple skincare products and choose based on cleansing power, whether it causes breakouts, and suitability for sensitive skin. This product works great for both morning and evening routines! What I love: 1) It's a gentle formula even when I use it in the morning 2) I've never experienced breakouts from it 3) I use it for double cleansing after makeup and the cleansing power is excellent I've repurchased this three times already and I'm really happy with it! The value for money is fantastic, so I'll definitely keep using it going forward. I love that this formula is gentle and mild since I have a sensitive nose. The fragrance-free option means I can use it consistently without any irritation. I don't have any complaints, but I'd be thrilled if this came in a larger size!
