What I love about this product: I have sensitive and dry skin, and the ingredients in this essence are absolutely top-notch. When I use this at night along with a regenerating cream (I recommend the Pore Derm cream), my skin transforms by the next morning! Those pesky little bumps completely disappear. I'm already on my nth bottle of this product. The only downside is that the bottle is quite small, so I end up with empty containers piling up really quickly. If you use this essence together with a hyaluronic acid essence, you'll really notice the difference in your skin. Since I have sensitive skin, I use the hyaluronic acid essence occasionally to avoid any irritation.

The formula has this nice gel-like texture that glides on smoothly, and it really seems to help refine your skin's texture, making it perfect to use before makeup. It's an absolute dream for summer, but if you're using it in winter, I'd recommend following it up with a cream for extra nourishment. The only minor downside is that the lightweight formula doesn't provide quite enough hydration for dry skin types. It's fantastic as a hydrating base before using products with botanical extracts like houttuynia and centella. If you deal with dehydrated skin underneath, you can absolutely layer a cream on top afterward—it works beautifully that way!

I've been using this brand's popular treatment emulsion and aqua cream combo to keep my skin texture and breakouts under control. But since my skin has been excessively oily for years, I was still dealing with that annoying shine constantly appearing throughout the day. I really needed something to fix that. I'm only two weeks in, but I noticed a difference the very next morning after using this. Normally my face gets super shiny from oil by midday, but the oil production dropped to about half of what it usually is. It genuinely feels like this is balancing my skin's moisture and oil levels. Usually after my morning cleanse, by lunchtime I can already see oil buildup on my nose. But with this, my skin stays smooth without that greasy shine all the way until evening! Since my oil is finally under control, those tiny bumps and congestion I used to get are basically gone now! I tend to have random allergic reactions that I can't explain, but aside from that, my skin is maintaining this gorgeous, luminous, trouble-free state. I'm honestly shocked that a skincare product can improve my skin this much. Out of everything I've tried in my life, nothing has worked this well for me. I use this after the Robectin toner, and it's absolutely wonderful for adding lightweight hydration whether I apply it morning or night. My skin was extremely dry before, and even heavy oils would just sit on the surface without helping. But since switching to Robectin, the dryness has completely disappeared. It's amazing how this really delivers moisture from deep within. I'm so satisfied that I stock up on this product every time there's a sale. The only downside is that the pump doesn't dispense all the product until the very end. But honestly, that's the only issue I have. On really dry days, I mix in a single drop of 1% hyaluronic acid serum before applying, and it works even better. I love how hydrating and rich this feels. It's the perfect next step after my toner, applying like a dream. The texture glides on so smoothly and absorbs beautifully into my skin. I definitely felt the hydrating effect, and the application was smooth and easy to use. That said, it seems like the best deal is to grab it during a sale. I got a recommendation at the beauty store and decided to buy it, and I'm so happy with how moisturizing it is!! I'm using this brand for my toner, serum, and hydrating cream all together!! I picked up this hydrating serum while searching for a moisture product, and it's perfectly fine. I didn't notice any dramatic skin transformation, but I'd say it's a solid, reliable hydrating serum that does the job without any complaints. Texture: It's an opaque white hydrating gel with a slightly thick consistency. It spreads smoothly and feels fresh, with a tacky finish. However, since it doesn't last very long, I think it works better for combination to oily skin types rather than dry skin. Scent: It's basically fragrance-free. Since it feels more hydrating than oily, I'd recommend pairing it with a richer finishing cream that has more emollients. Price-wise, I'm disappointed with the amount you get for the cost. The performance is just okay—nothing special beyond the hydration—so I don't think I'll repurchase. If you're thinking about buying it, wait for a sale. At full price, you'll probably feel like it's not worth it. Since it's a hydrating serum, I think storing it in the fridge and using it would be nice because you'd also get that refreshing cooling effect.
