I've heard that yeast infections and urinary tract infections often occur together, so I decided to try cranberry supplements since they're known to support urinary tract health! I'm taking them more as a preventative measure, so I can't say I've noticed dramatic results yet, but I'm hopeful that staying consistent with them will help keep my system in better shape even when my overall wellness dips.
