Easy to apply? Doesn't get all over your hands? Just swipe it on without any rubbing needed? These are probably the perks that come with a stick format... It's incredibly sticky. Sure, it gets a bit better once it dries, but that takes forever. Honestly, when I apply it to my arms and walk around, I keep my distance from people next to me because I'm worried the stickiness might bother them if we touch. My mom saw it advertised on a shopping channel claiming it wasn't sticky, so she bought it thinking it would be perfect for my dad and older brother who find this kind of thing annoying. But even my mom won't use it. I watched her reluctantly reapply it over and over because she didn't want it to go to waste, and eventually she just told me to throw it away. If you're someone who's fine with wearing something like Vaseline around, then layering more on top would be convenient and you'd probably enjoy it. I've never tried it on my face, but for arms and legs during winter when you don't really need to apply it... it might actually be worth using, right?
