Vì nó quá nổi tiếng nên... thực sự có sự khác biệt lớn giữa việc sử dụng và không sử dụng. Bạn nên thử men vi sinh này nhé! Không có điểm yếu đặc biệt. My digestive system definitely feels more comfortable. The capsules are on the larger side, but they go down smoothly without any trouble, and it contains 10 billion beneficial bacteria. The capsules are bigger than the probiotic supplement I started taking recently. Because of that, the storage container takes up more space too. I love taking this every single day. Since it's colorless and odorless, you won't notice any taste. The capsule format is super convenient, and I love that I can store it at room temperature. I take it every morning on an empty stomach with water. What's great is that it contains zinc, which works together with the other ingredients to really improve digestive comfort. What sets this apart from other products is that it uses premium ingredients from Danisco, a company known for sourcing quality raw materials, and an internal medicine specialist was directly involved in formulating it. I didn't experience any side effects, but since this contains zinc, make sure to check if it overlaps with any multivitamins you're already taking.
