I've been using this since before the packaging changed, and it's honestly my holy grail product. There's absolutely zero tightness or pulling sensation, which is amazing. It's not heavy or overly oily either, so I'm really loving how it works. I use it after my exfoliating toner, and even when I layer an essence on top, everything feels lightweight and comfortable. It performs really well without any tightness, but I do wonder if the essence function is just slightly lacking. That's why I've been adding another product to my routine. This cica-infused product really delivers on calming without any irritation. The texture is lightweight and absorbs beautifully into skin. Even reactive, sensitized skin handles it with ease! If you're dealing with sensitive yet dry skin and want to soothe and even out your complexion at the same time, this is definitely worth trying. Since this is a serum, it doesn't provide enough hydration on its own for dry skin types. Works better when the weather is cooler. It doesn't absorb right away—takes a while to sink in. The absorption is pretty good, and while I have oily skin so I can't say for sure, I think this would work really well for acne-prone skin types. I really love this product! The pump dispenses perfectly and I can use every last bit without any waste. I'm struggling to find any real downsides, but if I had to pick something, I'd say the texture is a bit thinner than expected.
