I wash my hair at night and then apply this product to my scalp with a gentle tapping motion. It feels really refreshing and cooling! I started using this during the seasonal transition period, and while my hair naturally tends to shed more during these times anyway, I didn't notice any significant improvement. In fact, the crown area seemed to look thinner and more sparse. Maybe it was just the wrong timing to use it during the seasonal change?

This scalp ampoule is hands down the best I've ever tried, seriously. I can actually feel my hair getting thicker and fuller.
